I have used Donna since my baby son ***** was 6 months old and he loves being with her! She is extremely professional and very good with children of all ages.
Due to her experience, she is always happy to provide advice on childcare issues such as colds, eating habits etc which is really useful for a first time mum such as myself. I would strongly recommend Donna to anyone looking for a friendly childminder they can trust and rely on.

I would like to express my gratitude for the love and care you always provide to our daughter *****. During the last six months, you have repeatedly demonstrated your skills and expertise in providing childcare by being well organised, calm and patient.
You have encouraged ***** to learn new skills in a safe, friendly environment. This became particularly apparent when ***** fractured her leg in July 2009 whilst on our family holiday. You were still able to accommodate her needs whilst ensuring she was having fun.
***** often speaks fondly of her time with you and your family and it is reassuring for us to know that she is happy and well cared for whilst we are at work and I am travelling away.

Donna has been looking after my two children, **** and ******, for five months, before and after school, five days per week. My boys have really enjoyed their time with Donna since they started and continue to enjoy their time there daily.
Donna welcomed them into her home and provides them with a variety of activities to do whilst they are there. The boys are always telling me how much fun they have, so much so, they do not like it when it is time to go home.
Donna has been 100% reliable since the boys started and has always provided appropriate notice, i.e. for her holiday etc. Donna often helps **** with his homework, which is very much appreciated and **** seems to benefit from Donna's input. Donna's management with the boys' behaviour has also benefited myself as I have adopted some of her methods.
Overall I am very pleased with the care Donna provides and I hope my boys will be with her for a long time.
